Where will Mistletoe Marketplace be held?

Tis the Season for the 37th Annual Mistletoe Marketplace! Mistletoe Marketplace will be held November 1-4, 2017, at the Mississippi Trade Mart – 1200 Mississippi St. Jackson, MS 39202.

What are the general shopping hours and ticket prices?

General shopping hours are:

Thursday, November 2 | 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday, November 3 | 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday, November 4 | 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

General admission rates are:

Adults: $10 online; $15 at the door
Children (ages 6-12): $5
Seniors (ages 60+): $5

Where do I purchase tickets?

Tickets go on sale September 1, 2017. They can be purchased online or by phone at 1.888.324.0027.

Special events tickets sell out quickly and are encouraged to be purchased in advance of the event. All remaining special event tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Online ticket sales close at 12:00 p.m. on November 1, 2017. After this date, all tickets must be purchased at the door. Cash, checks or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) are accepted.

All ticket sales are final with no exceptions or refunds. Guest appearances are subject to cancellation or schedule changes. Mistletoe Marketplace reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove event content at any time and without notice.

 

Is accessibility shopping available?

Absolutely! Accessible parking is available in front of the Trade Mart, and wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis each day of the event. Please see a Junior League of Jackson volunteer in the Information Booth for assistance.

Junior League of Jackson of Jackson volunteers will also be available to provide additional assistance to special needs shoppers on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

 

Where do I park for Mistletoe Marketplace?

Parking, including accessibility parking, will be available outside the Mississippi Trade Mart and Mississippi Coliseum.

Parking is free.

 

Is package check available?

Yes! Package Check, presented by BankPlus, is located in the Trade Mart foyer and is available during shopping hours for $3 per package.

 

Is there an ATM?

An ATM, graciously provided by BankPlus, is conveniently located in front of the East Trade Mart entrance.

 

Are strollers allowed?

Strollers, rolling carts, and rolling bags are not permitted

Can I purchase food and drinks at Mistletoe Marketplace?

Food and beverages are available for purchase in the Marketplace Food Pavilion. Food vendors include Babalu Tapas & Tacos, Beagle Bagel, Logan Farms, Penn’s Restaurant, and Sombra Mexican Kitchen. Coca-Cola beverages and Community Coffee, as well as sweet treats by La Brioche Patisserie, will be available for purchase throughout the Trade Mart during shopping hours.

 

Can I purchase Mistletoe Marketplace decorations, t-shirts or other promotional items?

Absolutely! Tis the season to shop after all. Mistletoe Marketplace decorations, the 2017 commemorative hand painted ornament by Gail Pittman, t-shirts, and our signature Musee bath balms are all available for purchase in Center Court during regular shopping hours.
